Group Counselling
Working in small groups each week a topic pertaining to the group's theme will be explored through a combination of instruction and discussion. Group's run over the course of four-week rotations with the option to drop in if space allows.

What will we talk about?

A general overview of exploring anxiety, understanding it's historic purposes, exploring it's present significance, identifying how anxiety can impact the physical body, tools to generate awareness of anxiety and different breathing techniques and physical tools to try and implement.

Group Yoga
Collective movement and breath. Attending classes with likeminded individuals can provide a sense of accountability and co-creation. Classes operate on both a drop-in and registered basis, although space is limited. For more information on current classes please follow the link below.
