Mission
Kosha's approach to movement is a blend of presence, movement and breath to try and create a safe space to embody your body.

We recognize that most of us have disconnected from our bodies, often "othering" our physical experiences as something other than ourselves.
How often do you find yourself separating yourself from physical sensations or feelings? How easily can you describe the physical responses?

For instance, what does everyday joy feel like? (We often know anger and frustration, but to recognize, most of us do not know the full range of emotions and experiences our body provides.)

Kosha's approach to movement is about creating a sense of connection to your physical form and helping you build a greater understanding and awareness of your bodily experiences.
Vision
Society, culture and interpersonal experiences can create a disconnect from our physical bodies (diet-culture, racism, sexism, trauma, stress, anxiety, etc.)

Our vision is to allow you to integrate inwards, feeling a sense of alignment - not just physically but mentally and emotionally.
